3WB Holdings, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Dosi Family mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Dosi Family is a pregnancy and baby companion app. Because it can hold sensitive reproductive health information, we treat your data with the care that subject matter demands.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Account information: Email address and password when you sign in. Authentication is shared with the Dosi platform (Dosi Health peptide tracking and Dosi Family use the same account so you don't manage two logins).
Pregnancy profile: Estimated due date, last-menstrual-period date, weeks pregnant, role (pregnant person, partner, trying-to-conceive), and other pregnancy context you choose to enter.
Health and wellness data you log: Weight, body measurements, symptoms, milestones, journal entries, photos you attach to milestones, and notes.
Partner pairing information: If you invite a partner or are invited as a partner, we store the link between accounts and the per-category sharing consents you have explicitly granted.
Voice notes (optional): If you use voice journaling, audio is transcribed to text on your device or via a privacy-preserving speech service. Audio is not retained after transcription unless you explicitly save it.
Communications: Messages you send through our support channels.

Information Collected Automatically

Device information: Device type, operating system, app version.
Crash data: Error logs to help us fix bugs.
Usage analytics (anonymized, opt-out available): Features used, screens visited, session duration.

Information Collected by Permission

Camera / Photos: Only when you choose to upload a milestone photo or scan a QR code for partner pairing.
Microphone: Only when you start a voice journal entry.
Biometric (Face ID / Touch ID): Used by your device to unlock the app if you enable biometric lock. The biometric data never leaves your device and is never seen by us.

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect precise location.
We do not use advertising identifiers.
We do not access your contacts.
We do not have ad tracking SDKs in the app.
We do not sell your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Dosi Family app and its features (milestone tracking, weekly content, partner sharing, coach videos).
To send notifications and reminders you've configured.
To deliver the in-app coach experience (Nia / Oby) using your pregnancy context — content is personalized on-device or via encrypted API calls. Your data is never used to train AI models.
To generate anonymized, aggregated analytics to improve the App (no individual user data is shared).
To respond to support requests.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Partner Sharing — Strict Consent Required

Dosi Family supports inviting a partner. A partner never automatically sees the pregnant person's medical data. All partner-facing access to journal entries, symptoms, weight, photos, or other sensitive categories requires the pregnant person's explicit, per-category opt-in inside the App. You can revoke any consent at any time, and revocation takes effect immediately.

If you are invited as a partner, you only see what the inviting user has explicitly chosen to share with you.

4. Data Storage and Security

Local-first profile: Your pregnancy profile (due date, weeks, role, dating defaults) is stored on your device using the operating system's secure storage. Profile data is not synced to the cloud unless a future feature explicitly opts you in.
Account credentials: Email/password are managed by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) using industry-standard hashing.
Encryption: All data transmitted to our servers is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
No selling of data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever.
No ad targeting: Your pregnancy or health data is never used for advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

On-device data (profile, journal entries, photos): Retained until you delete it inside the App or uninstall.
Account record (email, account link to Dosi Health): Retained while your account is active, plus up to 30 days after account deletion to allow recovery if deletion was accidental.
Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics retained for up to 2 years. Cannot be linked back to you.
Support communications: Retained for up to 1 year.
Crash logs: Retained for up to 90 days, then automatically purged.

6. How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your data through any of the following methods:

In the app (fastest): Settings → Account → Delete My Account and Data. This deletes all on-device data immediately and queues account-level data for permanent deletion within 30 days.
By email: Send a request to privacy@heydosi.com with the subject line "Dosi Family — Data Deletion Request" and your account email address. We will process within 30 days and confirm when complete.
Scope of deletion: We permanently erase your account record, account link, partner pairings, and any cloud-synced data tied to your account. Anonymized aggregate analytics (which cannot identify you) may be retained.

Deleting your Dosi Family data does not delete your Dosi Health (peptide tracking) account by default — they are separate apps that share authentication. You can request both at once by saying so in your email.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

Service providers: Authentication (Supabase), crash reporting, and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
With your consent: When you choose to share with a partner inside the App, or export data (PDF/CSV) to share with your healthcare provider.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Access: View all your data within the App at any time.
Export: Export your pregnancy data as PDF or CSV.
Delete: Delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
Opt out of analytics: Disable anonymous usage analytics in Settings.
Revoke consents: Revoke any partner-sharing consent at any time. Revoke device permissions (camera, microphone, biometric) through your device settings.

For California Residents (CCPA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale of personal information (we don't sell it).

For EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact privacy@heydosi.com.

9. Children's Privacy

Dosi Family is intended for adults (18+) who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or supporting a pregnant partner. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
