Terms of Service

By installing or using the Dosi Family mobile application (the "App"), provided by 3WB Holdings, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dosi Family. The App is intended for adults who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or supporting a pregnant partner.

2. Not Medical Advice

Dosi Family is an educational and personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information in the App is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concern, especially during pregnancy.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@heydosi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (journal entries, photos, milestones, notes). By using features that share content with a partner you invite, you grant us a limited license to display that content to the recipient(s) you have explicitly authorized, solely to operate the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to our systems.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or is harmful or harassing.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

If the App offers paid features, subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, governed by their respective terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store account.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3WB Holdings, LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
